Vampire- Vampires are creatures of the night. When they are on at night, they get the ability to bite their prey and also their ac lowers by 2. A Vampire can also mist during the night and the only thing that can hurt them, besides the player playing the vampire, is a level 13 ranger. When Vampires bite, its kind of like a lich's drain, half of the damage that was dealt will be added onto their hp. A Vampire can also hypnotize (every 10 minutes) their enemy which prevents any kind of attack from the hypnotized enemy. vampires don't really get much hp (5 hp per lvl) but they do get four mp each level. Vampires can either be grouped with fighters or magic users. They make good pkillers. While misted a vampire can sneak, which has no time delay, and they can get the first hit/bite/cast in. Only downside to vampires is that they are hard to lvl. They miss hitting stuff a lot and they can't really do anything because they are very vulnerable.
Stats for Vampires - Vampire are more like mages, then bards. You should probably max out on intel and get a large number for piety. Vampires miss hitting a lot in daylight, so strength shouldn't be your biggest concern. Although I heard that biting is based on strength (the max bite is 4 x your lvl). You might even consider the blaster wand/perm technic that I was talking about in the monk to lvl your vampire up to lvl 7 or even up to 10. Once you get to lvl 10, you have 39 mp and thats enough to do some mobs/perms solo.
